Our story

Hourbane group is a group founded by Noé Durand and currently co-managed by him and Léopold Bosmans (aslo co-CEO of Nopold watches). The name of this group comes from Noé's dog which was called "Urbane" and as the first brand of the group is a watch brand, "Ho" was added in front to make (Hour)bane, pronunciation: ˈou(ə)rbān.

The group was created in March 2024 thanks to its 4 founding companies: vETF, Nopold watches, Nopold Aviation and Nopold cj va. We currently have 9 companies and we plan to have a total of 12 by April 2025. We aim to do better and better and to create more and more companies to diversify as much as possible despite the fact that a large part of the work we do is non-profit.
